HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT(S)?

WHAT IS THE 3AE RETURN POLICY? 

1. Products purchased online with no manufacturing defects can only be returned within 7 days from the date the customer receives the product, through sending the product to 3AE's warehouse, when fully satisfied. the following conditions:

- The product is new and in its original condition (not dirty, worn, used, scratched, or washed), product labels, price tags, and other labels (if applicable) must be intact and attached with products
- Product must be unmodified.

2. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer

3. We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
